- How do I get started?
Here’s all you need to do (NOTE: detailed directions also appear on each page of our website at www.LoyalTeamRewards.com once you log in)...and we've prepared a Quick Start User's Manual (you can view it on the "Easy To Use" tab on the Navigation Bar on this website) to help you get started and make rewarding quick and easy."
- Visit the website and LOGIN by clicking on the "LOGIN" tab on the Navigation Bar at the top of the Home Page.
- Enter your email address and the password you provided when you first enrolled your practice. Then click LOGIN. (If you have forgotten your Password, don't panic – you can click on "Forgot Password," answer a security question, and we'll email you your correct Password in minutes.)
- Next, Register Your Team for rewards. You’ll find yourself on the Register Your Team page of the website. To register your Team Members, simply:
- Click on this icon
(Add New Team Member) at the top center of the Register Your Team grid. This will display a simple form to complete on each Team Member (see the sample form below):

- Each time you finish entering the information for each Team Member, click "Add" and they will be registered in the rewards system.
- On this Register Your Team page, you will also find simple instructions for adding or deleting Team Members, or editing the record of any Members of your Team.
- Click on the Reward Your Team tab on the Navigation Bar.
- To reward each Team Member, click the Choose Team Member "drop-down" menu to select the Team Member you wish to reward.

- Then click each box under the column labeled "Select" to reward that Team Member for behaviors relevant to his or her personal job description. Simply clicking on the appropriate boxes will deposit the correct reward amounts into the employee’s account.

- Then click "Submit" – Note: you can choose to print a Rewards Certificate for each employee if you wish (just click "Submit and Print Certificate" if that is your preference).

- What is the Loyal Team™ Rewards Program?
Loyal Team™ Rewards (LTR), provided by Loyal Patients, Inc. (LPI), uses a patent-pending loyalty engine to provide dental practices a turnkey employee rewards system – rewarding each valued Team Member as often as you like with hundreds of dollars in rewards for the behaviors that contribute to the practice’s success. - Does my Team have to collect a lot of rewards points and wait a long time to redeem a reward?
Absolutely not! Unlike traditional loyalty programs that require participants to collect and save thousands of points or miles before earning even a modest, low-level reward, Loyal Team™ Rewards can be redeemed instantly for meaningful rewards, as soon as they are earned! - What if I have a Team Member who is not online?
Of course, Team Members with internet access will benefit most from the rewards program. In general, only the poor and the elderly (age 70+) do not have internet access today. In the unlikely event that a Team Member has no online access, even through public libraries, they could ask a relative or trusted friend to check their account balance or help them redeem their rewards, or they can use the office computer after work.
- Will this work with my current bonus program?
Every practice, no matter what HR system you use, can benefit using Loyal Team™ Rewards to complement any existing compensation, bonus, feedback or evaluation system. You simply use the Loyal Team™ Rewards program to reward your Team Members for positive behaviors you want to reward. You can reward once-a-month or as often as you like based on each and every good job your Team does.

- Are the rewards good for my Team Member’s family?
Yes, your employee can choose to spend their rewards on something for themselves or the entire family.
- How do you determine how much to award a Team?
Rewards amounts for each behavior are predetermined, based on input from scores of dentists and Team Members we interviewed. You simply choose from a menu of rewardable behaviors and in seconds – with just a couple of clicks of your mouse – each employee is individually rewarded, with truly valuable rewards they can use instantly (no waiting or collecting to reach 25,000 points or miles like old-fashioned rewards programs).
We do all the tracking and managing of the rewards; no time or effort by you or your office is necessary. In addition, each Team Member starts out with $200 in Loyal Team™ Rewards, and we deposit $35 more every month in additional rewards to each Team Member’s account, just to thank your Team for their loyalty, again and again.
- What if a Team Member has a question or issue with a purchase while using the program?
Our customer service and support staff handles all questions about the rewards program. We provide a toll-free number and email support for your Team Members to contact us if they have any questions about a purchase, or if they forget their password, for example.
- What happens if I cancel the program?
There are no long-term agreements. If you desire to cancel the program we provide a "soft landing" for your Team Members by notifying them that they have up to 60 days to redeem the rewards they have already earned.
- Why is a usage-based loyalty program better than a breakage-based loyalty program?
Loyal Team™ Rewards is a usage-based program − all parties (dentists, Team Members, and benefit providers) want your Team Members to redeem their rewards and enjoy their savings. In a breakage-based program (like most other loyalty programs), the program provider wants to encourage desired behaviors, but resists paying the cost to deliver the reward at the time it is redeemed.
The best-known example of a breakage-based program is the traditional frequent flyer program, which often requires 25,000 to 50,000 miles for a ticket. Although the consumer has done his or her part (earned their rewards), when they attempt to redeem miles for a ticket, they are disappointed to encounter blackouts, the need to reserve months in advance, a limited number of frequent flier seats available, and few flight options.
In a breakage program, just when the airline should be delighting their passengers, the cost of providing a free ticket forces them to put obstacles in the way of redeeming. As a usage-based program, we are exactly the opposite of the breakage model. - Will managing this program be a burden to me or my Team?
Absolutely not! Again and again, dentists told us "Keep it simple and easy for me." After the initial program set-up (about 10 minutes), it will only take a few seconds to click on our site and reward your Team Members. Plus, we provide automatic reward deposits every month, on each Team Member’s birthday and on the anniversary of the date they joined your practice. Finally, we even send you an email every month to remind you when it is time to reward your employees.
- How do you communicate the program to my Team?
Once you’ve signed up and enrolled your Team Members you can announce the program at your next Team meeting. Then, the program will automatically communicate positive, motivating messages to your Team Members 15 times per year (a great way to express appreciation to your Team and to reinforce important, profitable employee behaviors). You can print out an optional certificate personalized to each Team Member and bearing your practice name at no extra cost, which can be inserted in pay envelopes to tangibly reinforce rewards values each month.
- Will you sell my Team list to third parties or will you sell additional products and services to my Teams?
We will never sell your Team list to an unrelated third party — we use this information only to provide service to them under the Loyal Team™ Rewards program.
- How much does the program cost?
Most practices (those with up to 8 Team Members) will invest only $79 per month for the program. That’s as little as $2.60 a day to provide as much as $10,000 in rewards per year. There are no set up fees, it’s month-to-month, the flat monthly fee covers unlimited rewarding for your entire Team and there are no additional costs – period! Practices with between 9 – 15 Team Members pay only $99 per month, and offices with 16 – 25 Team Members can easily afford $129 per month. - Does it cost me extra to add rewards to a Team Member’s account?
It doesn’t cost a penny more to add rewards to a Team Member’s account! Your affordable monthly fee allows you to provide unlimited amounts of rewards, consistent with driving the desired Team behaviors that will help drive your success.
- Do I have to buy software and pay for software upgrades?
No, there is no software to buy or load. Loyal Team™ Rewards is a service, not a software product. Our service is turnkey and when we improve it, you have automatic access to the latest enhancements without any additional costs or effort.
- There are several dentists in my medical building; can I have an exclusive relationship?
Since the Loyal Team™ Rewards program is focused only on your Team Members, it is non-competitive, even to dentists in your own medical building. Actually, many dentists already using our program refer their colleagues to us through our automated Refer-a-Colleague email system.
- I know other dentists that would like this program…do you provide a referral fee to dentists?
We "practice what we preach!" Since we believe in providing rewards for referrals, we have developed a referral program for dentists to recommend the program to their colleagues. Once you enroll your practice in the program, you can earn a Free Month for each and every colleague you recommend who purchases our program.

- How long does it take to set up and use the program?
It takes about 10 minutes to set up the program and then just seconds per month to reward your Team Members.
- What do you mean "my personal savings" can pay for the program?
In our program, as a dentist you will receive your own rewards account. Using your rewards can actually pay for the program for your entire Team! For example, let’s say you save $40 per night on a four night hotel stay…a guaranteed savings. With that one use of the program, you will save $160 or enough to pay for two full months of the program!
